The number of guests The Annex can accommodate, depends on the type of event you are hosting.
Seated Event: We have various seating options that will accommodate 40 people. If you plan to bring extra tables and chairs we estimate you could seat 15-20 more people.
Open House Event: If you anticipate guests coming and going, or up walking around socializing, you will be able to accommodate 75 people at a time.

Yes, you can have alcohol at your event at The Annex at Lincoln Plaza. Please drink responsibly and follow all local regulations. You assume responsibility for all guests at your event.

Because our spaced is shared among members, we do ask that you leave it how you found it. However, sometimes after a long day of celebrating, we know you might not feel up to the challenge. In that case, we are happy to clean it for you.
Event Space Cancellation Policy (please note, this differs from our conference room policy)
At The Annex at Lincoln Plaza, we understand that plans can change. To accommodate such changes while ensuring fair use of our facilities, we have established the following cancellation policy for event space room rentals:
Notice Period:
Full Refund: To receive a full refund, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the scheduled event date.
Partial Refund: For cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the event date, a 50% refund will be issued.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund.
Processing Fee:
All cancellations are subject to a small, non-refundable processing fee based on the payment method used.
Cancellation Process:
To cancel your reservation, please use the link in your booking confirmation email OR send a written request to hello@theannexatlincolnplaza.com with the details of your booking.
You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation within 24 hours of your request.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us at least 30 days before the original event date. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date, subject to availability. Rescheduling can be done through the link in your confirmation email OR by sending a written request to hello@theannextatlincolnplaza.com.
Rescheduling requests made less than 30 days before the event may incur a rescheduling fee of $50.
No-Shows:
If you do not show up for your reservation and fail to notify us in advance, no refund will be provided.
Weather and Emergencies:
In the event of severe weather conditions or other emergencies that make it unsafe or impractical to hold your event, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
