Conference Room Cancellation Policy (please note this differes from our event space policy)
At The Annex at Lincoln Plaza, we understand that plans can change. To accommodate such changes while ensuring fair use of our facilities, we have established the following cancellation policy for event space room rentals:
Notice Period:
Full Refund: To receive a full refund, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled event date.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event date are not eligible for a refund.
Processing Fee:
All cancellations are subject to a small, non-refundable processing fee based on the payment method used.
Cancellation Process:
To cancel your reservation, please use the link in your booking confirmation email OR send a written request to hello@theannexatlincolnplaza.com with the details of your booking.
You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation within 24 hours of your request.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us at least 48 hours before the original event date. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date, subject to availability. Rescheduling can be done through the link in your confirmation email OR by sending a written request to hello@theannextatlincolnplaza.com.
No-Shows:
If you do not show up for your reservation and fail to notify us in advance, no refund will be provided.
Weather and Emergencies:
In the event of severe weather conditions or other emergencies that make it unsafe or impractical to hold your event, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
